Ankle Injury One night, my weak ankle was killing me, so much so that I had trouble sleeping. It was a throbbing pain and I had trouble walking on it. The following night, I asked Karen to do the distance Reiki for me and I slept very well that night. The next morning I was fine and able to walk on my ankle—I was even hopping on it!
