Asthma & Coughing
I am a financial sales executive in New York and I have suffered a persistent cough and asthma attacks since 1996, when I had repeated bouts of pneumonia which left my lungs spotted with scars and calcium deposits.
Although I was treated extensively and I even had a biopsy of my lungs, there was little noticeable improvement. In the past year, my condition has escalated along with the stress of undergoing major changes in my personal life. With my doctor running out of options and desperate for relief, I was prescribed Prednisone for this affliction. Two more CT scans revealed nominal improvement, but still I could not get through a single business meeting or phone call with clients without violently hacking and choking from a constriction in my bronchial tubes. It’s embarrassing and makes it very difficult to conduct business and close deals. I was taking at least four medicines every day to relieve the symptoms, but it did nothing to prevent the coughing and choking.
